Hi guys, anyone know what’s best for OCD, medication that your doctor makes you take or meditation. I think being in a quiet space and meditating is much more likely to help you if you have OCD. Meditation is powerful. What do you think?

I found that certain forms of sitting meditation can make OCD worse. But they say it can get worse BEFORE it gets better. I think, if you wish to meditate, you really need therapeutic support so you can talk through what you are experiencing with someone who understands both meditation and OCD.
