Hi,

Is there a forum that deals with queries that family members might have about lived ones suffering from OCD? So far I only came across queries from ocd sufferers themselves.

Forum moderators here: just to let everyone know we do have a sub-forum called “Support for Families, Friends and Carers“. You can see it listed below this forum; just click on this link to view the posts – or start a new topic yourself!

OCD Action has a variety of other helpful resources for people supporting and/or living with someone with OCD. You can find these:

Also, if you’re a family member/friend/carer of someone with OCD who’d like to talk to (or email) somebody who understands, please contact our OCD Action Helpline and Email Service.

Our Helpline offers help, information and support for people with OCD and people who are close to them. Most of our Helpline volunteers have personal experience of OCD; all understand how it can impact everyone’s lives. Contact our Helpline by:
