Long story short, I’ve had OCD since 2019 and as time went by, I’m doing some slight progress, but only one problem that I have is that I feel like I’m not myself. Some people have said that it’s dissacociation, which that did not match my description. And no, this is not a side effect that’s caused by medications, it just happened all of a sudden. If anyone has gone through with this and got their identity back, please let me know. Thank you.
