Anxiety and intrusive thoughts caused by waitimg for help for OCD can destroy your life. I have realized that there is almost nothing worse than anxiety and Panic attacks. We need to know when we can expect help. Maybe drugs or other things might help me get rid of intrusive thoughts, but therapists could give me all kinds of support, so I don’t have any more I think. Is it true it will help me become more energetic and want o work again?
