Hello all,
It’s been a while as I’d been doing ‘OK’ but have recently suffered a relapse. I have of course been desperately trying to find things/treatments that may help and came across the Linden Method Program. I seem to recall stumbling across them before and being quite unsure about it, but wondered if any of you have had had any experience with this Program and if so have any feedback – positive or negative.
