      Okay… So there will be the odd setback… We are learning a new skill, possibly similar loading to going ice skating for the first time, or riding a bike. But once we start to master the new skills, we actually begin to enjoy the experience. A Good therapist, will tailor your help to match your needs, and the complexity of those needs. Yes, we may fall down sometimes, but each time we get up, the easier the getting up gets. None of us will ever be perfect, but it is possible to get to a point where life is enjoyable again. I think they call it Joy de vivre, Joy of living itself. Then the good times will pale the bad times into insignificance. You can win… I can win… We can win…
