      I’m pretty sure I have pure-O which made it more difficult for me to understand my compulsions, till I realized that engaging in the thoughts in anyway is a compulsion. You don’t really need any obvious compulsions like checking light switches for it to be OCD. So as Mulligan said, you have to just learn to accept the thoughts(which means more than just ignoring them and being tired of them). Good luck!
