      Many people have said that they feel like they’ve reached a point where it doesn’t feel like ocd, just denial. I have felt that way many times myself. But over time I entered therapy and started taking medication and realized that it really was the ocd talking. But now I’m losing hope, ocd has got me. Anyone understand how scary all the doubt can be?
