Well today OCD intrusive thoughts have brought me right down today I’m totally defeated by this, the thoughts are so convincing and I honestly feel like a monster it’s making me feel I wouldn’t want my kids here and I would want my cousin to be at their funeral with me I hate myself! When will this nightmare end!? I would die for my kids and can’t take much more of this 🙁
