Yesterday something occured I don’t really understand this imagery entered my head it was of me rubbing my hands i didn’t get anything out of it but afterward my hands felt weird as if i was going to do something bad or wanted to do that i’ve never done anything like that in my entire life I was left feeling weird i’m wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience that’s all.
