I really believe everyone thinks I’m an evil person

Hi. I think I have ocd and also really believe that everyone thinks I’m an evil person. I ask my friends if they think I’m an evil and bad person but they just laugh and think it’s a joke. Is tasking them a compulsion that won’t help? I try to let the bad thoughts go but it’s so hard.
