Are there types of OCD where you try to convince yourself because of doubts about your OCD that you don’t really have it. Right now in the media, there is a lot of focus on OCD which just confuses me. How can I be certain the bad intrusive thoughts I’m having are based on OCD?

If you don’t like the thoughts it’s probably ocd.
