        Hi there, Thank you for your kind words. To be honest, it comes from what my CBT therapist taught me. I’m forever looking for all around me evidence, that, apart from covid,  we have always been a lot safer than contamination ocd would have us believe. Just today, I got a book through the post, wrapped in a plastic cover, not unlike that used for cheese. Is it perfectly clean?  I don’t know,  but it has always been okay before,  so, just maybe, it is good enough. I don’t need to boil it in disinfectant. I’m asserting, by sharing, that some things in contamination and food hygiene circles are extremes, to protect us from greedy litigation solicitors. So, we can touch stuff through the checkouts in supermarkets.  It’s only my opinions though! But it seems to save a lot of unnecessary worry…
