      I can relate to anyone who is going through a difficult time, at least I think so. Whenever I have very bad OCD, my compulsions cause me lots of stress. Anxiety and OCD has always been with me, and I worry a lot. Everyone says should try to let go my OCD thoughts, but how can I?
