      Are three months a long time for SSRIs to start working for ocd? Even after three months, I get anxiety and depression. I really hoped meds will help and to get better but..

        Support groups for people with OCD offer a safe place where you can talk openly about OCD and support other people. Read information about UK-based groups here:
