Hi there, a really good book that helped me immensely is, “Feeling good, The new mood therapy”, by an American guy, A Dr David Burns M.D.  He has written stuff since, that I’d like to get hold of… It is a really good read, and available on ebay/Amazon.  Someone once said that ‘Knowledge is power’, and yes, understanding the nature of the beast, can help us to move forward with our lives.  Anything by Rob Willson, and Rhena Branch is good too. They write it like they’ve been through it, and that helps such a lot… I’m on medicine, and probably will be for the rest of my life, but I can accept that, it just about gets me through the day… When you get onto the right medicine for you, hopefully things will improve, not just for you, but for us other ones too…
