I’m not sure that going on some websites is good for me with my ocd. I’m in middle of a bad spike. Some sites have stuf that if it was up to me, I’d take it all down. It just fills me with such fear and misery and I try not to worry and just try to stay away from the sites. How can I avoid these kind of sites?

You don’t say what kind of sites they are, but I would have thought maybe there are some sites which are best avoided by pretty much everyone, not only ocders.

But I guess there is other material which we could use in order to do exposure/ERP.

        It’s often a fine line.
