      Hey,

I find the doubt aspect of OCD exhausting. Sitting in the realm of uncertainty is one of the best techniques of overcoming OCD. Having a “meh, maybe I am, maybe I’m not” is the best attitude to try and adopt. Having a whatever attitude takes away the fear attached to your OCD and doesn’t feed it’s power over you. Another way to look at it if this doesn’t help you, is to think well I’m ruminating over these thoughts and trying to figure them out. But you shouldn’t need to do this. The thoughts you debate whether you believe them or not show you are at least thinking about them. I hope this helps someone
