      Hi everyone. There are lot’s of mental health conditions, and they often overlap. A bit of this, A bit of that, so to speak. Each of us will very likely have a bit of a mixture, and it then falls to the doctor to match us up with the ideal medication for ourselves. Having ‘Labels’ can be a bit of a downer, the important thing is to get the help we need, as soon as possible.  Then we can go on to be brilliant people that we are.  There are books available too, in the resources section of this website, there are booklists…
