Does anyone get instant false memory. I’m not talking about things from the past. I will have an intrusive thought and immediately feel like I acted on the thought. I feel like I did whatever intrusive thought I’m thinking about immediately. The images will be so vivid and feel so real. Does anyone on this forum know what I mean. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
