Could I be held responsible…

Hi, I was diagnosed with ocd and don’t know if I could be held responsible if I acted on an OCD thought. Haven’t seen this question here, wondered if I was the only one who thought about this and if other people just don’t worry. But I worry that I could be held responsible.
