      Obviously I can’t speak for everyone, but whilst I still have elements of OCD, I’ve come a long way from where I was. To me, I’m virtually OCD free compared to where I was. However, to say it’s gone completely, not yet, but I’m working on it! To answer whether things get better, YES! It takes a lot of HARD WORK, but you can and will get there.
