Hello:
Here’s how to check if you have any messages from the Forum Moderators (please remember: these forums don’t have private messaging for users – only Moderators can send you messages.)
On the right-hand side of this page, you’ll see a section called ‘MESSAGES’.
Click on ‘access your messages’ underneath that and you’ll be taken to your message inbox.
You can then see if the forum moderators have sent you a message.
If you see a red icon at the top of your forum user account screen when you log in, you have unread messages from the moderators. If you don’t have any unread messages, you won’t see this icon.
