OCD to me feel like I have bad anxiety all the time and it feels so real like I want the anxiety or something. But I hate it. I don’t understand how I can go from feeling ok to extreme anxiety when I know I don’t want to feel that way. I don’t understand OCD at all

It’s sure not easy is it?

There are medicines available to help with our anxiety, the main driving force behind OCD.

A lot of people around us don’t seem to care about anything, and yet they get through life relatively unscathed. And yet, If we stopped caring so much, we have that fear of impending disaster… And yet… Those disasters don’t actually occur… Despite our convinced expectant fears… They actually don’t turn out as bad as expected… I’ve got more defiant over the years… I challenge it… And so far… Fingers crossed… I’ve gotten away with it… I’ve never made anyone else ill… I’ve never been sued. And I’m not important enough to be chased by willing or unwilling assailants… I’m just anonymous little old me…
