Hi Instead of CBT has anyone done DBT for OCD? I’m being offered DBT by the NHS. I know CBT is usually used to treat. So why am I being offered DBT instead? I do have a diagnosis of OCD. Anyone have something to share about DBT?

Hi there. What is DBT?  What do they expect you to be able to do? Can it help with Contamination OCD? That’s my problem…
