We just want forum users to know that our Support Group pages on the OCD Action website are regularly updated. You can find the Support Group pages here:  https://ocdaction.org.uk/online-support-groups/

OCD Action’s Online Support Groups provide a safe and welcoming environment where you can connect with others with similar experiences and offer mutual support without judgement. All support groups are peer led and facilitated by a dedicated team of trained volunteers.

Our support groups are available to anyone based in the UK. Participation is easily accessible via Zoom, with the option to have your camera on or off. For those unable to access Zoom, we provide a limited number of places in our phone support groups. We send the calls out, so there are no charges to join.

In addition to regular support group sessions, each support group has a private Facebook group. If you would like to connect with fellow members outside of support group sessions, you are welcome to join these online communities.

Signing up to attend any of our support groups gives you access to an additional monthly Navigating Services group, where you can learn about accessing treatment via the NHS, treatment pathways and using mental health services.
