    To be fair, my own ocd can annoy those around me. Mine is contamination based. I stopped overusing antibacterials,  just as covid started! This is something I talk about everyday. That is what annoys those around me… I have used cbt techniques to help me. There are some really good books around. My favourite right now is, ‘Feeling good,  the new mood therapy’, by Dr David Burns. I sure wish I could write like that!
