OCD Action provides support and information to anybody affected by OCD. We work to raise awareness of the disorder amongst the public and front-line healthcare workers. And we strive to secure a better deal for people with OCD.

OCD Action is recognised as a strong voice for people with OCD, a vital source of help and the charity that makes a real and lasting difference to anyone affected by OCD.

On our forums you can post topics about almost any subject related to OCD, whether you need help and advice or want to share your experiences with others. You can also communicate with other forums users by responding to the topics they create. For safety and security reasons, we don’t offer private messaging on these forums.
