I was doing great the last couple of months apart from a few days where my ocd would spike and then I’d settle it back down again. Anyway it’s come back now again after being fine for the last while I just can’t seem to get this under control for good. Iv little to no anxiety possibly due to my meds but I still keep getting thoughts and compulsions. My main issue which I have mentioned in previous post is my issue during masturbation. Basically if I see a porn scene where there is a woman performing oral on a man I will get a sensation in my mouth and my penis will start to tense or feel weird or some sort of sensation and this then actually makes it easier or faster to ejaculate? I can’t understand this and it’s wrecking my head why is it something I hate and am absolutely terrified of making this happen? Same sort of thing if I’m having sex with my gf I’ll think something gay like picture a man and I feel I can ejaculate? Is this groinal response or something worse? I’m just tired of it now I keep testing and trying to figure out what it is sometimes I can recreate it thinking or looking at something else but it feels forced and it dosnt happen as quick as with the gay stuff? Then there’s times it’s under control and it’s not as severe or maybe my mentality is better and I know it’s just ocd? Basically I would just like to know if anybody else suffers like this? I’m terrified I’m gay or bi it’s actually my biggest fear iv been suffering from this for 11 years I’m 26 now and I’m just tired of it now. Please any sort of feedback would be great

Would being gay be the end of the world? We live in a relatively tolerant society these days thankfully.

No. Just saying each to his own. It's about being yourself and being proud of yourself, regardless of sexuality, creed, nationality etc. You are the person you are, and that is really special. We are all unique individuals, and that is great isn't it?
Wow!

I have researched a lot about this and a lot of People complain about this, People with OCD, anxiety and panic disorders and also PTSD. While genitals are being stimulated it makes the Blood flow to them. If our brain focuses on genitals it sends impulses, same Goes with harm OCD, brain sends impulses to our hand and it makes People feel like they are holding something in their hand for example a knife. If People are exposed to their fears it causes anxiety/panic attack while stimulating genitals which causes fight or flight response because our brain feels danger down there which causes ejaculation that is unplesant.

" Therefore, during a panic attack, there is an overactivation of the sympathetic nervous system. It has also been shown that premature ejaculation is associated with high levels of anxiety and that there is a high prevalence of premature ejaculation in patients with panic disorder and social phobia."

" Thus, it suggests that sympathetic nervous system overactivity, including increased dopamine and norepinephrine activity, in addition to reduced serotonergic activity, as is present in panic disorder, can lead to spontaneous ejaculation"

" Premature or spontaneous ejaculation has been reported in cases of increased adrenergic activity (panic attacks, social phobia) Sympathetic hyperactivity and a decrease in serotonin activity have been reported to be possible causes in such cases"

Even People who are being raped can Responde with unwanted ejaculation or orgasm.

"Physiological reactions (erection or orgasm) result from physical contact, and sometimes even from extreme stress. When someone is attacked they can enter ‘hyperarousal’ mode, another term for the ‘fight of flight’ reaction. Physiological reactions can be a by-product of the ‘fight or flight’ mechanism our body uses to keep us alive, and does not reflect a victim’s actual emotional response to the attack or indicate consent in any way.

Our bodies react to stimulation; someone who is ticklish may laugh when they are tickled but that does not mean they enjoyed it. Physiological reactions to rape or sexual abuse work in the same way as this. "

Having a very strong groinal response that is caused by anxiety attack can cause this as well, a quote from Wikipedia

" The OCD sufferer may have a constant focus on not becoming aroused or checking that they do not become aroused, and this may lead to "groinal response". Many OCD sufferers take this groinal response as actual arousal, when in reality it is not. OCD sexual obsessions often result in guilt, shame, depression and may interfere with social functioning or work. Approximately 40% of sufferers (number could be higher due to the embarrassment associated) also report some accompanying physiological arousal. Reactions can include increased heart rate, a feeling of being turned on, and even erections, increased lubrication (in women), and orgasm. This response typically generates more confusion and uncertainty. However, this is a conditioned physiological response in the primitive thalamus of a brain which does not identify the thought as sex with a particular person, but just sex. This is generally not indicative of one's own personal desires"

If you were a sexual deviant or had a different sexual orientation you would not have any anxiety or depression or emotional pain about this. For example if groinal response causes an orgasm for someone with Pocd are they arrested for being a pedo?! NOOO!

You need to realise that our body sometimes work opposite to what we want.

A other things is that People who suffer from many forms of OCD have different obsession, for example once they have OCD about harming they fear about harming others not Pocd or Hocd that doesn't seem to Brother them at that time, and they don't feel anxious/depressed about other forms of OCD.
