Hi there
So I've read that if you stop reacting to your thoughts with fear and simply put them down to an ocd symptom then the thoughts reduce. From experience I know this to be true. However when in a state of high anxiety the thought seems so real even though somewhere deep inside you just know it isn't. My question is how many of you, after the anxiety has gone down can view there thoughts with more clarity. Can you view your thoughts more like a 'normal ' person and feel more clarity and perspective?
Hope this makes sense.
