Hello mate,

I hope everyone here is doing well so far. I am a newbie here and looking for your help. I have been suffering from mental depression for a long time. Now I would like to get rid of it. Though I tried different things in the past but nothing worked for me. I am bit nervous this time to try a new one. How to recover from mental depression? I have heard about Kratom and searched a little bit last week. And hopefully got few verified vendors too [comment edited by Moderator]

Can I try Kratom? What's your thought in this supplement? Thanks!

If you've been diagnosed with depression, I wouldn't suggest herbal remedies (Kratom, St John's tc), there's just no real scientific evidence to validate their use, which may be why you haven't seen any success in the past.

Antidepressants are a different story, and while they don't work for everyone, they work for most, especially if you can try a few. Alternatively, physical exercise and engaging in day to day tasks, even when you're feeling exhausted/low, can have a very strong positive effect on depression.

Lastly, there's therapy; CBT has been found to be effective in treating depression, as has talk therapy. If you looking to do something about your depression, I suggest finding a good GP, they can prescribe and link you in with psychologists for therapy.
