Are you struggling to cope during the COVID-19 pandemic?

OCD Action wants you to know you're not alone. This can be a scary and uncertain time for anyone - but it may be particularly difficult if you have OCD, BDD or a related disorder.

To help you cope, we've added a new guide to our website "Keeping well during the COVID-19 Crisis." It's packed full of practical tips to help you manage your OCD symptoms during the Coronavirus outbreak.

You can download it as a PDF from our  "Fighting OCD and keeping well during the COVID-19 Crisis" page.

The guide was put together by "The National and Specialist OCD, BDD and Related Disorders Clinic, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust" to help everyone with OCD during this very challenging time.

As the guide says, be kind to yourself and don't lose hope - it's really important to remember that COVID-19 won't be around forever!

Do you need advice, support or want to speak to someone who understands OCD?

Please remember that OCD Action is always here to help. You can contact the OCD Action Helpline and Email Service at:

 - email

-  phone: 0845 390 6232

One more tip from the guide: be proud of yourself for anything, no matter how small, that you do to challenge your OCD during this difficult time - and treat yourself for your efforts!

Best wishes,
