Hi Peeps, I wonder if you have any tips, I am so so tired at the moment, there are a number of folk in my family who have OCD - and they don't get tired, and they don't understand when I'm tired

I'm glad I got a packet of vitamins as I was just a grump, I'm still tired but have more perspective on my grumping

Yes, I see now, just grumping really really hurt the people in my life with OCD, I just don't know how to get a break in lockdown, I just can't provide the IT support request after work, and I can't find support during lockdown

How do you cope with fatigue and living with someone whose OCD is causing them so much distress?
