OCD affects everybody differently. What might be a molehill for one person can be a mountain for another. But for everybody, getting better is about challenging yourself and winning small precious achievements against the OCD bully.

So what have you been able to do today? . . . Have you been able to get out for the first time in ages or managed to do your CBT task or cut down on a ritual?

What ever your success please share it with us all. Feel proud and inspire us all.

Finally I'm starting to be able to multi-task, one hell of an achievement for me as it's something the OCD prevented for several years. I'm also now able to cope with appointments etc changing at the last minute without the OCD butting in too much.

Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong this week, but I'm pleased to say that I'm coping really well with it all and have not let it affect my OCD. This is mainly due to the Mindfulness meditations, it's kept me calm and feeling positive.
