OCD affects everybody differently. What might be a molehill for one person can be a mountain for another. But for everybody, getting better is about challenging yourself and winning small precious achievements against the OCD bully.

So what have you been able to do today? . . . Have you been able to get out for the first time in ages or managed to do your CBT task or cut down on a ritual?

    I managed to go to college everyday with intrustive thoughts and high aniexty levels. Today I passed :) :)

    The other day I picked up a pot of "Soothing Hand Cream" that someone else left lying around. I have a big problem with the word "soothing" for some reason, but I've just typed it twice so there.

    On Sunday I managed to go to the cinema for the first time in eleven years. I shan’t bore you with how my OCD prevented me from going, or how I finally got there, but it was a really big win for me. David
