"Truly life-changing! Most importantly, I got to know wonderful human beings - others “who get it” - and feel connected. We shared learnings and ideas on how to live an amazing meaningful life while being in recovery and mastering OCD."
We are delighted to share the news that after 2 highly successful years, the OCD Camp will be back for a third year running!
Run by Stuart Ralph, founder of the OCD Stories, the 3 day camping trip provides a unique opportunity for people with OCD (over the age of 18 ) to meet others with the condition in a non-judgemental, safe and supportive environment. During the 3 days, campers will take part in fun activities and games, learn survival techniques and get stuck in with camp cooking, and most importantly, have the space to chat about their experiences of living with OC,D if they wish to do so. Although therapy is not offered as part of the experience, trained therapist Kimberley Quinlan will be joining the campers along with Stuart Ralph to provide support and encouragement for everyone attending.
The camp will run from May 29th to 31st 2020. Applications are now open and will close on 19th January. In previous years, spaces have filled up before the deadline, so if you are interested in taking part, it's advised to register your interest quickly.
