    It's all OCD.

    Stopping the therapist wasn't the best move. 

    There are some self help books for OCD.

    Go get some CBT. For now just ignore the thoughts. They mean nothing. Just let them be there and they will fade. Also don't seek reassurance.

    In this case praying is the worst thing you can do. I'm a christian as well. If you do pray about these mistakes then only do it once and have that be it. Praying with OCD can become a compulsion and a form of reassurance.
