    You basically write it down. Then mark your anxiety on a level of 0 - 100. Each time you write it, it should go down. Exposure scripts are also a thing that can help as well as imaginal exposure.

    Steve H, I'm having ROCD with my wife right now! She's awesome about it though. All I want to do is confess horrible thoughts that just popped into my head as "What if I said this!". I finally said "Fuck it, I'm not confessing!".
