Try to limit the times you think about other people with her. Work on it and improve. Slowly you should be able to stop thinking about other people during sex with your loved one.

The fact alone that you don't want to have those thoughts with your therapist is a good sign, it shows that the thoughts are just intrusive thoughts.

Just the fact that you are feeling so guilty and haven't actually done anything shows that you aren't a molester. Molesters don't like to think about the things they did or focus on the wrongs.
