Group Information

Group information- This recently started OCD support group is held weekly at the Mind Wellbeing Centre in Fareham.  You can self refer to the Wellbeing Centre and will need to have an assessment before being able to join the group. The assessment is to make sure you are getting the right kind of help and it's all very friendly. 

The group is Peer led and is run by Hermione Bailey & a peer volunteer. Hermione has been living with OCD for the last 16 years. She has written a book, "Living With OCD And Fighting Back." Sharing her own experiences and coping strategies. She has written for various magazines and appeared on TV with Philip Scholfield & Fern Britton & Jeremy Paxman.  She has also written a children's book on Anxiety which is due to be published soon. 

This is a very friendly, welcoming group of like minded people sharing ideas and coping strategies, supporting each other. Tea & coffee is available.

A short walk from Fareham bus station and rail station. There is no car parking at the premises, however there are a few car parks near by in town.
