Achievements

OCD affects everybody differently. What might be a molehill for one person can be a mountain for another. But for everybody, getting better is about challenging yourself and winning small precious achievements against the OCD bully.

So what have you been able to do today? . . . Have you been able to get out for the first time in ages or managed to do your CBT task or cut down on a ritual?

    No you are not the only one Truddles. Well done to you. Today I managed to remain seated on the bus and not move to another seat, even though I noticed it was too dirty for me. I just got off the bus and carried on with my day .

    Today I felt able to come home from uni, relax for ten minutes and have a cup of tea before starting on my cleaning :)

    Today I managed to go to to the bank alone and I didn't feel the need to go back to check to see if I'd accidentally left something important behind :D
