Here’s to you Mr. Robinson

At OCD Action we often draw attention to fundraising events involving running, climbing or other forms of physical exercise. But this isn’t the only way to raise money and awareness for our cause. For instance, Jack Robinson is fundraising for us using his own professional medium: music!

A music producer and owner of record label WhoDemSound, Jack released a successful record last year called Taking Care of Business Dub. Check it out here, it’s great!

But aside from his impressive music talents, Jack has OCD, and wants to raise awareness about what it’s like to live with the condition. Jack told us “As a sufferer of OCD I know how much of a complete pain it is and people like you really help when you can feel alone with it”.

So in order to raise money for OCD Action, Jack will be releasing a special VIP remix of Taking Care of Business Dub! In order to hear this new, never heard before version of the track his fans will have to donate enough for him to reach his £300 target, at which point he will release his incredible new track to the world!

So please check out Jack’s JustGiving page and donate! Not only will it mean getting a great track, but it will raise money towards a great cause and hopefully make some of WhoDemSound’s fans learn a little about OCD in the process. Thank you Jack, and best of luck!

Do you want to do a fundraising event within your own field? As Jack demonstrates, you don’t have to climb a mountain or jump out of a plane to make a huge difference. Get in touch with Phil at or on 020 7253 5272 and let us know!
